All sales are final. Once a deposit is placed, your order cannot be canceled or refunded. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos. For freight or shipper-assisted deliveries, any visible damage must be noted with the driver at the time of delivery and documented with photos. We cannot guarantee resolution for damage reported after this window or without documentation.

We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for natural wood movement or small cosmetic variations. These are expected characteristics of solid hardwood furniture and part of what makes each piece unique. Learn more in our Terms & Conditions.

If a client requests to cancel an order prior to delivery, Nutmeg Table Company reserves the right to retain all costs incurred up to that point in production, including materials and labor. Deposits are non-refundable once placed.
