NANN Butcher Block Cart with Drop Leaf Extension

Our handcrafted NANN butcher block cart with a drop leaf extension, shown in 32 x 24 x 36. The NANN is crafted from locally-sourced, kiln-dried maple to ensure quality and durability. The butcher block top is made with edge grain raw sugar maple beams, approximately 3 inches thick. The drop leaf adds 12 inches of extra counter space and can be added to one side or both! Sugar maple is renowned for its resilience and tight grain, making it the premier choice. This type of wood is naturally sanitary and features low porosity, allowing you to safely cut and chop directly on your table’s surface without worry. The cart’s sturdy base is also crafted from sugar maple. The butcher block cart can be painted in any color of your choice (shown here in black). In addition, the NANN cart includes a spacious utensil drawer, designed with a Shaker-style front and accented with a solid iron pull in black, although hardware can be personalized. Completing the cart’s design are two solid maple shelves, each finished with a natural hardening oil that not only protects the wood but also enhances its inherent charm. The raw butcher block is conditioned with beeswax and food-safe mineral oil to preserve its natural beauty and ensure longevity.
