Crafted with premium walnut, our CAMI butcher block kitchen island with ample room for seating will be made just for you! The end-grain butcher block top is 2.5″ thick, but can be customized to any thickness needed. End-grain butcher blocks, favored by professional chefs for their resilience, offer a ‘self-healing’ surface that is gentle on knives, allowing you to cut and chop directly on the table. The raw butcher block top is seasoned with food-safe mineral oil and then carefully treated with our own shop-made butcher block wax. This island features 4″ drawers and aprons along with a stunning center stretcher design. The base is treated with a water and stain-resistant hardwax oil, accentuating the walnut’s rich tones and intricate grain patterns. Drawer pulls can be tailored to match your personal preference.
