Our dining table features a sturdy a-line trestle base crafted for durability and style. Designed to withstand the test of time, this table combines classic charm with modern functionality.

Our AXEL trestle table will be made just for you with 1.5″ thick, premium American white oak, and is available in quarter sawn white oak as well as our other wood options and finishes. The neutral white oak is a strong, durable hardwood with light to medium beige tones. The AXEL was thoughtfully crafted with its sturdy a-line trestle base, solid hardwood legs and stretchers. As with all of our tables, we offer optional table extensions which are great for upcoming holidays, events and gatherings. The table extensions will allow you to seat up to four more guests. We use premium FAS kiln dried lumber on all our tables. The character of the wood including woodgrain, tone and knots will vary. There is no pigment or stain on this table. Sizes are in the dropdown menu. All of our tables can be customized. Let us know what you are looking for!

Nutmeg Table Company dining tables, coffee tables and butcher block islands are custom made in our Connecticut workshop by a small team of dedicated craftspeople. Our tables are made of solid, American hardwoods – no veneers, imported or engineered wood like you will find in the small print of popular retail sites.
