Our THEO dining table is hand-created from premium American rift-sawn white oak, a highly sought-after wood known for its consistent, linear grain. This gives the table a refined, cohesive look, ideal for those who appreciate a more uniform appearance while still embracing the natural beauty of hardwood. Every part of this table is shaped by hand! The solid tabletop is approximately 1.5 inches thick, featuring a sharp, hand-sculpted under-beveled edge and softly rounded corners. Designed for stability, the trestle base allows the wood to breathe naturally with climate changes, ensuring lasting integrity. The table is finished with a hand-applied, water- and stain-resistant hardwax oil that not only protects the wood but also withstands daily use. Fun fact: We custom-made this table for a NYC apartment where the building’s elevator posed delivery limitations. To accommodate, we crafted a two-piece tabletop! The barely visible seam is secured with locking connectors, ensuring a seamless fit.
