MALI Dining Table

The MALI dining table is built from solid American hardwoods, shown here with a 1.75-inch thick oval top and a soft bullnose edge. Turned pillar legs, made from the same hardwoods, offer a clean, sculptural base while keeping legroom open and flexible.

The legs are 5 inches in diameter and set wide to maximize seating, whether you’re hosting or using the table day to day. Each piece is made with FAS-grade kiln-dried lumber with minimal knots, chosen for its clean grain and durability.

Can I customize the size of my dining table?

Absolutely! We specialize in creating dining tables tailored to your space. Whether you need it longer, shorter, wider, or narrower, we’ll craft the perfect size for you—just share your preferred dimensions!

What materials are used for your tables?

Our tables are handcrafted from premium solid American hardwoods—no veneers, particle board, or shortcuts. We proudly use sustainably sourced wood for lasting beauty and durability.

Do you make benches?

Yes! We craft both full-length and tuck-in benches designed to coordinate with your dining table. Share your preferred size and style, and we’ll create a bench that complements your space.

  • Oiled Walnut: Sealed with a water- and stain-resistant hardwax oil, enhancing the wood’s deep brown tones while preserving its natural texture.
  • Natural Walnut, White Oak & Ash: Finished with a clear matte protective coat, designed to resist stains and moisture while maintaining the wood’s natural color and grain.

Clients in most of New England and the NY Metro area will receive white glove delivery.

For clients outside our white glove delivery region, delivery is arranged by appointment in one of two ways:

  • Shipper-Assisted Delivery: Your item will be carefully wrapped and delivered without the need for a pallet, reducing pallet waste. The shipper will assist in bringing the item into your home, though additional help may be needed depending on its size and weight.
  • Freight Pallet Delivery: If shipper-assisted delivery is unavailable, your item will be flat-packed on a freight pallet and delivered curbside or to your driveway. You’ll need help unpacking and moving the piece inside, as freight drivers cannot assist with unpacking or placement.

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee for most areas, applied at checkout. If you have any questions about delivery logistics or costs, please reach out!

Each piece is made to order in our Connecticut workshop. Measurements are approximate, and slight variations may occur, reflecting the unique nature of handcrafted furniture. Natural wood expands and contracts with the seasons. Due to the handcrafted process, wood thickness may vary by approximately ±¹⁄₁₆ inch from sanding and finishing.

Lead time: Approximately 8-10 weeks
