The end-grain butcher block top is approximately 2.5 inches thick and can be tailored to your preferred dimensions. Favored by professional chefs for its resilience, the end-grain butcher block provides a self-healing surface that is gentle on knives, allowing you to cut and chop directly on the table. The raw butcher block top is seasoned with food-safe mineral oil and finished with our shop-made butcher block wax, ensuring a long-lasting, durable surface. The walnut base is treated with a water and stain-resistant hardwax oil, enhancing the rich tones and intricate grain patterns. Featuring 4-inch drawers and aprons, the CAMI island includes a central stretcher design that adds support. Drawer pulls can be customized to suit your personal style. We understand that every kitchen is unique, which is why the CAMI butcher block island is available in custom sizes and thicknesses. Carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Clients in most of New England and the NY Metro area will receive white glove delivery. Clients who are not in our white glove delivery region will receive this on a freight pallet delivered to your curbside or driveway by appointment. You will need to have help on hand to unpack the pallet and get the product into your home. Freight drivers can not help you unpack or move the product.
