Our founder, Steve, discovered his passion for woodworking in high school back in the 1980s and saw an opportunity to offer a better alternative to mass-produced, imported furniture.
That same vision drives us today—handcrafting solid American hardwood furniture using sustainably sourced materials. Every piece is made to order and designed to fit your space perfectly. Our goal? To create furniture that’s truly meaningful in your home.
Every piece we make is crafted with care by our small team of artisans in Waterbury, Connecticut. We use only the best kiln-dried American hardwoods—no particle board or veneers.
Whether you’re working directly with us or through a designer, we offer custom sizing, finishes, and design details to ensure your piece is exactly what you need.

White Glove Delivery – Clients in most of New England and the NY Metro area will receive white glove service.
Shipper-Assisted Delivery – For most clients outside our white glove region, items will be carefully wrapped and delivered without a pallet to reduce waste. The shipper will assist in bringing your piece inside, though additional help may be needed depending on size and weight.
Freight Pallet Delivery – When shipper-assisted delivery isn’t available, your item will be flat-packed on a pallet and delivered curbside or to your driveway. You’ll need help unpacking and moving it inside, as freight drivers do not assist with unpacking or placement.
